Now Hiring - Manufacturing Business Intelligence Analyst, Inside Sales in Las Vegas, NV

The ideal candidate will be able to create data modeling and apply statistical analysis to support strategies to optimize performance and maximize business channel production. They will need to thoroughly understand the business channels of the Inside Sales organization and their impact on other internal teams at Tesla to ensure that our processes are aligned with Tesla’s success. • Understand and influence strategic goals, customer needs, and business objectives
• Track and measure the performance of business channels and partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance metrics, including orders, demo drives, conversion rates, and customer retention
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, utilizing data visualizations, charts, and presentations
• Maintain tight partnerships with stakeholders from other departments necessary to maintain data integrity
• Communicate complex data concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales reports for sales leadership and other stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Build business cases and analyses with Business Process Analysts to support process improvement initiatives they are driving

• 2+ years of data analysis experience
• Bachelor’s in engineering, economics, business, or data analytics-related background
• Very strong quantitative/analytical skills and intuition or equivalent experience
• Experience and comfort in modeling scenarios and forward-looking business cases
• Expert in common Excel functions and proficient in data processing, including analysis of big data using Excel, SQL, Python
• Prefer basic statistics knowledge in predictive modeling & regression
• Prefer 1+ year experience building data visualizations, dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop or similar BI solution
• Results driven “get it done” personality; able to balance multiple projects as second nature
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate through an ambiguous environment; enjoy challenges
